The book had numerous recipes for sweets and savory meals. Definitely more sweet than savory. For someone who doesn't live in the US, it may be difficult to find some of the ingredients, but that is definitely not a deal breaker. Some ethnic foods were included, as well as a wide range of low energy versions of popular dishes. I liked it.
