Creamy Spinach Dip Pasta

I love a good creamy spinach dip. I can endlessly keep dipping bread or chips in spinach dip and the calories add up fast. Honestly, I could eat spinach dip with a spoon. Also, I could eat peanut butter and nutella with a spoon, but that’s besides the point and I’m getting off topic now… Ok so this pasta is an alternative to eat a big bowl of spinach dip without all the calories and fat. This whole recipe has 16g of Fiber which will help keep you full.

Notes

1. Use light/fat-free cheese to make this lower calorie & higher protein. 2. I used Hearts of Palm Pasta because it’s low calorie. Other alternatives are Edamame Pasta (high protein) or High Fiber Pasta (25% fewer calories than regular pasta). Regular pasta works too!
