1. If baking, bake at 450°F for 20 minutes. Flip the carrots halfway through and spraying with oil. 2. Some of my favorite dipping sauces are Low Calorie Ketchup, Sugar-Free Low Calorie Barbecue Sauce, and Jalapeno Mustard.
