Bison Burrito Bowl

Bison is one of my favorite meats and I had a month in my life where I ate this almost daily for dinner. This is a large meal, but I like to eat large dinners and this is super filling.

1. Add a small sprinkling of mozzarella cheese on top. 2. For more protein, add greek yogurt as a sour cream substitute. 3. Use cauliflower rice instead of regular rice to lower the calories significantly.
