Notes

Xanthan Gum: This is the secret ingredient. A tiny pinch creates the web-like structure that makes the drink thick and prevents separation. Without it, it's just a slushy protein shake. | Protein Blend: A mix of Whey (for smoothness) and Casein (for thickness) works best. | Almond Milk: Use unsweetened (30-35 cal/cup) to keep calories low.

I made something similar but unfortunately I messed up with the protein powder, lol. But I've been using protein isolate and instant coffee and it tastes like Starbucks caramel Frappuccino 😋

Could there be a hot version of this? I'm wanting to make something that's similar to hot caramel mochiaco.

I think using the same flavoring in hot coffee would work, but the protein powder might clump. You could try blending (without ice) first, then gently heating in the microwave
