1. I’m using Legion French Vanilla Whey+ Protein Powder, the vanilla flavor is amazing for this pumpkin bread. 2. For a sugar crust, mix 1 Tbs Erythritol + ¼ tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice and sprinkle it on top ot the cake before baking.
