Chocolate Peanut Butter Cereal Protein Bars

These are super chocolatey and taste like a combo of rice krispy treats, cereal bars, chocolate fudge, and melted ice cream. Quite the combo! If you’ve ever had the Reese’s Puffs Breakfast Cereal Bars (which I used to love as a kid), these remind me of those bars. Except 8 year old Rahul did not care about his protein intake, but now I do.

Notes

Use different cereals and get creative with this! I used whey protein powder because it gives the bars a sticky fudgey texture. A whey/casein blend or vegan protein will work, but you’ll need more water and the bars will be doughier/thicker.
