Notes

Do not freeze the rice for too long (over an hour) or it will dry out and crumble in the air fryer. The best method is to use warm/steamy sticky rice and compress it tightly by hand into rectangles. You can use Sashimi Grade Tuna or high-quality Canned Tuna.
