Protein Butterfingers

Butterfingers seem to always be stale and the candy bar is not one of my favorite. But the flavor of Butterfingers is too good. That crunchy, peanut buttery, chocolatey flavor combo is too good. These homemade Protein Butterfingers are only 200 Calories and more than 3 times the amount of protein as normal Butterfinger candy bars! This recipe is quick and easy and way healthier without the poor quality fat sources and sugar that Butterfingers have. It tastes like a candy bar with the calories and macros of a protein bar!

Notes

I use MyProtein Whey Protein Powder because it’s affordable and high quality. The Salted Caramel flavor works great but any Chocolate or Vanilla flavored protein powder will work.
