Doughy Peanut Butter Cup Protein Bar

The calorie to protein ratio for this protein bar is wayyyy better than basically every store bought protein bar I’ve ever seen. A 200 calorie protein bar with 20g protein is what I consider ideal when I eat store bought protein bars. This beats the 1g protein per 10 calories rule I like to follow for protein bars.

Notes

I like using this Chocolate Peanut Butter flavored whey protein powder because it takes the flavor of this protein bar to the next level.
