Low calorie, high protein french toast that I ate almost everyday for 6+ months. I would meal prep a weeks worth of batter in a giant jug. Then every day, I would shake the jug, pour out some egg white mixture, soak some bread, throw it on the griddle, and freshly cooked meal prep french toast in minutes!

1. Add extracts to the batter. Some options are Maple Extract, Coconut Extract, Caramel Extract, Red Velvet Extract, Cookie Butter Extract, Cake Batter Extract, or my favorite Almond Extract which makes this taste like a pastry 2. Use more egg whites and less almond milk for more protein.
