19 Calorie Fudgey Brownies

So I said 16 servings, but I don’t have something called portion control. Usually when I make this, it lasts 1 day. Maybeeee 2 days max. So realistically for me this is 1-2 servings. But that’s what makes these brownies so great! A whole tray for under 300 calories, loaded with protein, and they’re chocolatey and fudgey.

Notes

1. Top these with chocolate chips, a powdered peanut butter drizzle, or some sugar free jam. 2. Use instant oatmeal or rolled oats, NOT steel cut!!! 3. I like to use 30g dark cocoa and 10g natural cocoa.
