3 Ingredient Cheesecake

This cheesecake can actually replace protein bars. It has more protein per 100 calories than any protein bar I’ve ever found. I like having this for breakfast alongside some fresh berries, it’s truly a great combo.

Notes

1. This will have a very thin crust. If you want a thicker crust, make a double batch of the 0 Calorie Graham Cracker Recipe and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 70 minutes. 2. If you’re using a water bath, wrap foil on the outside of your springform pan to make sure no water gets in.
