Remove the skin from the rotisserie chicken. Pull all the meat from the bones and place it in a large mixing bowl. Using two forks, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.

The rotisserie chicken I used had 300g white meat (breast and tenderloin) and 350g dark meat (thigh, drums, wings). This is what I used to calculate the calories and macros.
