After baking for 20 minutes, remove from oven and place a lengthwise sliced banana on top of the batter. This will add minimal calories per slice and adds a nice garnish. You know you’re eating banana bread when you see banana on top!

I make a double batch weekly and eat it every day for breakfast before my workouts. It has a good balance between carbs and protein. This is one of my favorite recipes here.
