Oreo Pancakes

This was my go-to dessert before bed when I was trying to lose the last 10 lbs of weight. I ate this almost every night for at least 3 months. I’m not a big breakfast person so I treat these as a dessert. They’re fudgey pancakes that are absolutely loaded with protein.

Notes

I like to top these with SF Maple Syrup and SF Chocolate Syrup and a tiny sprinkle of salt (I love a sweet and salty chocolatey combo). I also mix 56g (¼ Cup) Greek Yogurt with 1 packet of Sweetener to dollop in the middle.
