Protein Pizza

This recipe makes 4 large slices of pizza but I’ve only ever had the entire pizza (or two pizzas) in one sitting. I slice it because eating it without slicing, aka gnawing on a giant pizza circle, seems a little too savage.

Notes

To get a more golden brown crispy bottom, heat a pan on medium-high heat and spray with oil. Add the pizza (after baking so the cheese has melted) to the pan and let the bottom crust brown up and get extra crispy.
