Crispy Air Fryer Salmon

Although a lot of the recipes in this cookbook are low fat, it’s important to make sure you incorporate fats in your diet. Salmon is one of my favorite sources of healthy fat and this air fryer salmon is perfect for adding fats into my diet in a tasty, satiable way. The top of the salmon gets crispy and the inside stays flakey. This is the perfect weeknight dinner protein source.
