Tuna Salad Sandwiches

There was a 3 month span on 2019 when I was obsessed with english muffins. I was eating them everyday, and not just 1 but around 4-6 english muffins a day. This Tuna Salad recipe was one of my go to recipes during that time and making it with greek yogurt instead of mayo made this a low calorie, high protein recipe.

1. Meal prep this tuna salad and refrigerate because it tastes better the longer it sits. 2. The curry powder is optional but I think it makes this super tasty. 3. I use Light English Muffins that are 80 calories each.
