Always get turkey pepperoni, it's half the calories and more protein than regular pepperoni. Use parchment paper for the low calorie version since the dough sticks; don't clutter the pan as the pinwheels spread. For the high calorie version, space out your pinwheels on the tray as they will spread a lot. Quarter the turkey pepperoni for better distribution and to prevent large pieces from sliding out of the pinwheels. Add a touch of baking powder to the low calorie dough to ensure it rises. Greek yogurt keeps the dough fluffy without needing oil.
