Turn cooking mode on

Step 1

Wash and drain the shirataki noodles. Boil them for 2 minutes and then drain. If they smell bad, toss them in 1 tablespoon of vinegar and let them sit for 5 minutes, then wash and drain them again. Optionally, if you want to dry them out, microwave the noodles in 30 second intervals until they are drier. This will make them taste a bit less chewy.
